At Kids Learning Tube, we want you to love your educational apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unwashed and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items securely in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
